A: You can secure us by completing the Get Ready form. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit payable via PayPal. Please review Terms and Conditions for more information.


Q: Will you travel to my location or venue for my appointment?

A: Yes! We travel to locations within 30 miles of Glen Burnie, MD 21060 complimentary. Locations beyond 30 miles from Glen Burnie, MD are charged $0.55/mi. Please review Terms and Conditions for more information.


Q: How long do appointments take?

A: Most appointments take 45 minutes to 1 hour for a full face makeup application. However, we encourage clients to allot up to an hour and half, just in case!


Q: Which makeup brands do you use?

A: We use products that we've thoroughly tested and have proven to be the best quality, regardless of brand.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept debit/major credit cards via PayPal.


Q: Is a deposit required to book an appointment?

A: Yes, appointments are booked upon receipt of a 50% deposit via PayPal within 24 hours or your appointment will be canceled. Final payment is due 72 hours prior to service via PayPal. Bridal bookings also require a signed contract.


Q: When do I pay for the final balance?

A: For Non-Bridal booking, the final balance is due 72 hours prior to services as one payment via PayPal. If final payment is not received 72 hours prior to services, the service will be canceled.

For Bridal booking, the final balance is due (2) week before the wedding date listed in this contract as one payment. If final payment is not received (2) week prior to the wedding date the services will be canceled. NO PAYMENT will be accepted the DAY OF THE WEDDING.


Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

A: Your satisfaction is very important to me. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Refunds are not issued for services performed, but we will absolutely work to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your makeup. Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Missed appointments or bookings canceled without proper notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
